It's haaaard to make a new habit. I really want to be active, doing sport regularly, eat healthy food, feel pretty, read many books, improve myself to be a smarter and a better person.
But the start is very hard. But these 2 days, I've try my best to do some physical activity. I try to walk more than yesterday. I try to limit my snacking, and just by doing that, I start feeling good about my body. It no longer feel heavy. Let's push the limit, so you can be proud of yourself!
